In the case of not making the 16 team limit. We might have to allow 2 teams from multiple nations to enter. Most likely, Germany and The Netherlands. We do want this championship to include as many nations as possible so please post.

Uhm, I'm not one of the organisers. But I think it's becuz they have that many nominees. For example The Netherlands will also have 2 rosters. If France also has many nominees you could probly ask for an extra roster.
